Avli on the Park assumed the space previously occupied by III Forks at Lakeshore East. Trellis Group completed a full renovation of the dining space with new finishes to implement a Greek inspired design. As part of the adaptive redesign, many of the elements were refurbished or repaired reducing both construction cost and schedule.  

The kitchen underwent extensive repairs and maintenance to bring it up to current standards and safety protocols. Finishes were upgraded while maintaining the existing architecture and layout to not only save costs, but eliminate extra waste destined for a landfill.  Even the lighting and control systems were retained, yet brought up to current energy saving codes and elevating the fresh white Greek Island aesthetic desired.
